If you are not fully satisfied with an item and wish to return or exchange it, please contact us in the first instance, we pride ourselves on happy customers & their dogs :)

We find sometimes customers just don't fully understand how something works best or what piece of equipment is best for the job. We are happy to talk about your needs.

Talking dogs is what we do best.

We don't always order the right size for ourselves.....ordering for our dogs is clearly the same !!

Items custom made to measure for your dog are of little use to any one else so please measure your dog carefully or ask for assistance...we are here to help :) We genuinely want them to be comfortable & happy.

Any gear for return or exchange must be clean & in an unused condition.

We are of course very happy to repair gear if Jaws strikes !!! all items are manufactured by us so repairs are not a problem.
